Artificial body parts
Diseases and disaster are everywhere, now. People miss out on their limbs because of car crash or disease. Or because they were born without some body part. Scientists decided, that they will help to this people _ scientists want make their life easier. They invent a prostheses.
These aids affect human comunication with neighborhood (myšleno jako okolí, ne sousedství, ale nevím, jak to říct?). The aids support or replace some of five human senses. Prosthesis enhances self-confidence. Artificial body parts help people come back to company and give them hope. They can live independent life. They can’t be dependent on other people.
People can decide, whether they will have prosthesis or not. People, who were born without some part of body, maybe prefer live without prostheses. Because they are accustomed live without body part. But healthy person, who miss out on their limbs because of car crash, want come back to normal life. And normal life is for him with body parts.
Imagine _ you miss out your two limbs because of car crash or desease. Do you want, after any time, again go with artificial body parts? Or do you decide live rest of your life on wheelchair? If you choose weelchair _ you will be dependent on help of others. If you will use artificial body parts _ you can live (almost) normal life.

Tak v první řadě je prosthesis jednotné, prostheses množné. Zřejmě to víte, ale je to tam někde prohozené.
Pak tam jsou nějaké špatné členy a tak, ale to asi taky při opravách najdete.. tak jen pár nápadů:
Použití miss out se mi nelíbí, radši lose, have amputated due to a disease/trauma
Stejně tak born without - možná spíše born defective, suffer from birth defects
these people, want to
Tu vaši communication asi popište jako human nebo social interaction
Company se tam moc nehodí
Dont have to depend on others anymore
Maybe prefer living, nebo may prefer to live
Accustomed to living without that body part
For him - zájmeno se vztahuje k "person", což nemá určený rod; můžete použít them (to není množné číslo, pořád je to chápáno jako jedna osoba), tedy normal life for them; případně tedy se v angličtině použije her jako ten "univerzální" tvar
A poslední věc, větu s five human senses bych taky nějak změnil, protože jinak je zbytek textu víceméně o chybějících končetinách, ne o prostetikách celkově.
Však to říkám, že tam bude singulární they 
Pokud by nutně chtěla he nebo she, tak she.

Někde jsem ale četl podrobnou debatu lingvistů, kde došli k tomu, že he ne, když už, tak jedině she. Přesné důvody si už nepamatuju. Teď to nějak nemůžu najít, takže kdyby někdo věděl víc..
