If I could rule the world, the first hing I would do is prevent migration, which is with terrorism the biggest issue in the world. I think that we can reduce these problemes. I am convinced when we immediatelly start to build a fence around the area of Mediterranean sea, we can protect the water space and prevent sailing boats with migrants from shores of Africa (and Asia? no nevim, možná...) In my opinion, terrorism is worse than migration because we do not know when and where can terrorists attack. ---- I do not think we can ever stop all terrorists in the world. ----- However we must not forget the the the other problems like diseases ...
