Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug

The film tells story of hobbit Bilbo Baggins on his common bond with the wizard Gandalf the Grey and thirteen dwarves led by Thorin Oakenshield. It is set in magical world. This film was based on the adventure book The Hobbit, or There and Back Again and is directed by Peter Jackson who also made films King Kong, Lovely Bones or a series of Lord of the Rings. Martin Freeman plays the starring role as hobbit the Burglar. The others film stars are Ian McKellen, Benedict Cumberbatch, Luke Evans, Orlando Bloom etc. It’s Adventure/ Fantasy film.

It’s a story of a hobbit called Bilbo Baggins. He has peaceful life in village called Kraj. The story begins when Gandalf visits hobbit and offer him adventurous journey. But the hobbit is too lazy and likes the warmth of his home. Last he decides to go on this journey and adds to Gandalf and dwarves. After successfully crossing over the Misty Mountains, dwarf Thorin and Company must seek aid from a powerful stranger before taking on the dangers of Mirkwood Forest. In the end they musts get into Lonely Mountain through secret door and defeat the dragon Smaug. He experiences a lot of venture and danger and changes his worldview.

It was rather unbelievable. The cast is excellent. It’s bound to be a box office hit. I liked the film for a number of reasons. I admire the author for great processing. It’s also good film for someone, who likes fantasy and adventure. I thoroughly recommend to watch it, don’t miss it!
