My daily rutine regulary start at 5:30am. When I wake up I start with my hygiene in bathroom. After that I start to prepare breakfast and snack for David. Then David goes to work. When he leave I go to let my dog Mikeš go to garden beacuse he need to do what he needs. After that all I slowly making breakfast for my girls Tina and Bara. I change water and give new food for Mikeš. When girls wake they put on some clothes and go to kitchen where we eat together at one table. I make some coffee and play my favorite songs. While breakfast end I ventilate all the rooms. Meanwhile we make a bed for oneself. Daughters are gona making homework and I go to cook lunch. I make up for bread I wash the laundry. In 12:30 pm. we eat together. If we eat all the food I can check girls homework if they do it correctly. I throw myself into everyday household chores. In case of good weather we go outside on garden. We bet herbs and flowers. In 4:00 pm. I make snack and wait for David. When David finally arrive home from job we have some coffee together and I prepare the snack again, but this time to him. Then we are talking what happend during the day. In 7:30 pm. girls get dinner. Until they all eat they go to shower and get ready to bed. I every evening listening meditation music that tunes me and falls asleep better. I go to sleep around 8-9:00ypm

If the weather is good, we go outside to the garden. We bet herbs and flowers. At 4:00 pm I make snack and wait for David. When David finally arrives home from job, we drink some coffee together and I prepare the snack again, but this time to him. Then we are talking, what happend during the day. At 7:30 pm girls eat dinner. When they have eaten all of it, they go to shower and get ready to bed. I´m listening every evening meditation music, that tunes me and I fall asleep better. I go to sleep around 8-9:00 pm.
